Ive had a mustang floor since october of last year and havent had any problems with it. In fact ivve been very happy with it until the other night when i was practicing with headphones on and it started making a wierd static noise, i thought it was the battery in my wah going bad so i replaced it, that didnt fix it so i removed the wah from the chain entirely that didnt get it, so i tried going into an amp, still there until i unplugged the headphones. The static stopped then but i cant seem to use headphones w/o the static noise. Anyone experienced this sort of thing, or have a fix for it?

If I read your post correctly, you only get the static noise when you have headphones pluggd in. So that suggests a problem with the headphones rather than the M-Floor.

One common headphone problem is with the connecting cable - it gets moved around a lot and bent in normal use. There could be cable damage or a loose connection causing a an audible 'crackle' noise.

Do your headphones work fine when plugged into other equipment? Or do have another pair of headphones you can try with your M-Floor? Then you can work out with certainty whether it is a headphone issue or an M-Floor problem.
