Noted the issues with firmware update given above.

I have just bought a Mustang l V2 . It came with 2.7.0 installed, and apart from the update issue, if you close the Fuse program with USB connected you are unable to re-launch the Fuse program. Closing the 2 Fuse apps in Windows Task manager fixes this.

Without the amp connected via USB this problem does not occur.

OS W7 pro 64

Contact tech support. I had a similar problem where I couldn't restart Fuse because it was still running in the background. Killing it in task manager solved that but this only happened if Fuse lost communication with the amp. Changes made on the amp reflected in Fuse but not the other way. After that happens, I could close Fuse but it was still running in the background. Tech support has a beta fix for this and has been working for me for the last 3 days.

(I believe, but am not certain, that this is the version containing the fix described above, but am happy to be corrected if wrong...)

Sorry to say that I am still having the problem. The first 3 days had been error free with the new beta but last night Fuse lost communication to the amp again.

I have been in communication with support and their last suggestion was to run a repair on my OS. I just haven't done that yet.
