FUSE 1.1.3? That's a very old version, I've never even heard of that version number. First, try a newer version, eg 2.6.1.45 or 2.7.0.30.

Second, FUSE does run natively on Mac, you don't need to run it in a virtual PC. Try the native Mac version and see if that works better.

Third, I've read elsewhere of problems with FUSE recognising the amp on a Mac if any other USB or Firewire devices are connected. Unplug all other such devices and see if that helps. Yes, I do mean unplug all Firewire devices as well as USB ones. That shouldn't matter, but it seems to make a difference for some people.

Fuse has only been compatible with intel Macs from the beginning. Since Apple has long abandoned the PowerPC architecture it would not make any sense for Fender to develop a version for Macs that use that chip. While I miss some apps that I used to run (and could only run on) PPC Macs, it has become increasingly impractical to continue using them. I would highly recommend that you seek out an older intel iMac or intel Mac Mini as they're pretty cheap these days and can generally run circles around most, if not all, PPC equipped Macs.
