Good day, a few days ago to update the firmware to 1.4 and Pedal in Volume mode in Heel position already configured in the Fuse in 0%. My guitar sounds with very little volume, but it sounds.

I do not know if it's a firmware problem or the pedal. I don't know if i got to back to the default version to see if it stops the problem.

I did all the procedure to calibrate the pedal and does not help.

Please make sure the floor pedal is in volume mode.

Yes, I'm very sure that it is in volume mode. The symbol is a speaker.

Perhaps the pedal needs calibrated. See page 6 in the manual for "Pedal Calibration".

I did this procedure to calibrate. Pressing the button "Util" while powering on the Floor until the button is off. After that I start to move the pedal from heel to toe and Sometimes when in heel position the volume disappears but spend a few seconds and if you play the guitar can be heard minimally in Hell position. The pedal in Toe Position is full volume but in hell position sounds a bit. This happened right after updating default firmware to 1.4 version

Hi menemo,

We will be happy to assist. It seems like you have performed every step suggested by the other forum members. It is possible that your signal might still be audible, even in the heel position. If you lean back hard in heel position, this should completely eliminate all sound coming from your speaker. Please let us know if we can assist further.

that's right, if I press with a little more strength in the heel position, that completely removes the sound, but when I release the foot a few seconds later the sound returns. I will try to make the calibration procedure again but pressing harder to heel position. I'll be reporting soon.

thank you very much.

Hi menemo,

We wanted to chime back in here and make sure that you are moving the pedal from heel to toe as you would be using it normally, then moving the amp from Preset 00 to 01 and back. That would complete calibration (with the initial hold Util button on power up). Please let us know if we can assist further.

Best Regards,
