I have the Mustang Floor. Can someone explain exactly what is the " Bias" and "Sag" settings and when and how to use it? What affect should it have on the amp sound?

Thx

Bias and sag is only for tube amp . Mustang are IMO all solid state amp as I see on Fender.com

If you want know about sag and bias

BIAS ;

SAG ;

While Mustangs are SS, they emulate tube amps, and that is why they have bias and sag settings. Try this thread for some explanation of how they work: viewtopic.php?f=27&t=82549&p=932360&hilit=bias#p932360

This was also helpful to me:

You probably have to try them out and listen anyway, I can't say I do a lot with them.
