Cannot find where to redeem codes for additional software required for new Mustang 1 (recently purchased) - Fender Ableton Live Lite and Fender Amplitude LE. Website just keeps looping back to main page. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you followed the instructions in this article:
http://www.fender.com/en-GB/support/art ... ender-amp/

If not, try that first.

If you have already tried that, please reply stating how far through the instructions you get before something goes wrong, and then give precice, specific details of what goes wrong - what exactly you do, what exactly you see. Include exactly what you type, what you click on, address of webpage you're trying to access, etc, etc, etc.

Hi, Scott thanks for your reply. I tried the site you referred to and still no success. When I try to find the software Fender Ableton Live Lite and Fender Amplitude LE I see software but nothing with Ref Fender on it. It tells me to redeem my codes by hitting the green redeem button I see button but it is not not green.(Its Grey coloured) When I hit button I end up back at the site you referred to.

I thought it was maybe Windows 8 was the problem but I also tried on older version of Windows but still no success. Once Again I thank you for trying to help.

Have you registered your amp on the FUSE website? You have to do that first to "unlock" the codes for the software. Or, if you bought your amp second-hand, it's possible the previous owner had already registered the amp, in which case you won't be able to - I believe if you speak to Fender directly they can sort that situation out for you.

Note the button is no longer green - it looks like Fender have updated the FUSE website but not updated the instructions to match! The button is indeed grey - when you hover on it, it turns blue. When I click on it, it shows me the serial numbers. So the website itself seems to be working.

If you're sure you're following all the instructions correctly, and have successfully registered your amp on the FUSE website, and it still doesn't work, then I suggest you contact Fender directly to figure out what's going wrong.
