I just bought a MUSTANG I amplifier. I have installed Fender Fuse 2.7.0 on w7 laptop and tried to connect to amplifier. I have connected the USB cable as instructed but it is not possible to establish any connection. Always there is the message that “No amplifier connected”.
The strange is that when I try to update firmware by pressing SAVE button and switching on the amplifier seems that connection is established, firmware update is done, Exit button is becoming green, however the Fuse SW is stacked. The following message appears “ firmware update completed” and prompts to switch off and back on the amplifier. Even if I switch off and on nothing changes and still the same message is on screen. On the background I see that “no amplifier is connected” again.
I have tried with another laptop with XP and same behavior.
I downloaded 2.6.1.45 and installed it and still the behavior is the same.
Can u pls help
thanks
