I recently bought a Mustang Floor. I have downloaded the Fuse software. When I connect the Floor to my computer and use the Fuse, in the lower left hand corner ther is a red "light" and a message saying "no amplifier connected". Also should I be able to transfer downloads that ppl have created, and that I have created on the Fuse to the Floor? Thank you in advance for the help

First, I'd suggest trying a different USB lead - or try a different device with the same lead, to verify whether the cable is ok.

Mac or PC?

If a Mac, try disconnecting EVERY other USB device, and also disconnect any firewire devices. Then reconnect the amp's USB lead and restart FUSE.

If a PC, do you see the Mustang Amp listed in Device Manager, when the amp is plugged into the computer's USB port (and obviously the amp is turned on!)? The amp should appear in three places in Device Manager, an earlier post from Fender explained exactly where. Hang on a sec... A search for posts from "Fender TSL" containing "device manager" gives:

which seems the most relevant, plus these for completeness:
