Hi this is for your webmaster. Last night I was attempting to take advantage of the product registration feature to log my gear and serial #'s in case of theft, so I would have an easy method of retrieving the serial#'s etc. I used the slide down menu to sign in as I live in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. I kept getting the invalid state or province pink strip message despite the fact that I was using your menus and couldn't proceed past that issue?? I think this is a great idea but...?

I also wanted to add that long ago I posted some ideas/ things I'd like to see re new versions of the Mustang amps of which I own a Mustang 1 and M3. Love the amps, use the 1 to do studio work and 3 for live. The ideas for upgrades are the obvious replacing of the phones and Aux in jacks with 1/4 inch standard jacks. An Extension Speaker Jack would be a real blessing for bigger gigs on the Mustang 3 and the final issue which I had hoped would be addressed on the V2 Mustangs and which I don't think is is the ability to use more than 4 effects at a time or more than 1 of a category as in modulation effects such as using a chorus and the vibratone or tremolo at the same time. Looking forward to trying the V2 but am a bit dissapointed that none of these issues are addressed in which case it's basically the same amp and these models should be downloadable to existing Mustang Owners! :(

Hi Mikey Dread,

Thanks for posting here. And we appreciate your feedback regarding the feature requests for the Fender Mustang product line. We will pass your thoughts on to the right folks here. We will also let our Web Team know about the challenges you experienced with the product registration page. I assume that you are referring to the Fender Product registration page and not the Fender FUSE Community web site. Is this correct? If so, you may want to take advantage of the Fender FUSE Community site (https://fuse.fender.com). Here you can set up a Fender FUSE Community account and in the process, register the amplifier there. Also, of course, keep a copy of the sales receipt for you amp in a safe place. So, check this out and let us know if we can assist further.

Best Regards,

Hi, thanks but I own 4 fender stratocasters a 69 CBS, an American Standard, a new American Deluxe HSS and a Pink Squire, 2 Fender Mustangs a 1 and a 3 and a Fender Super 60 and a Fender Montreaux, I've just ordered a Modern Player Tele Plus through Long and McQuade, so I wasn't really that concerned about just the Mustangs but thought it was a cool idea, and I'd have a place I could go to retrieve the serial# info in case of a disaster. Probably will buy a new Mustang amp too but that depends on if you've addressed the fizz issues that exist, and the tones of the new models & effects. The ability to use more than 4 effects at a time and more than 1 from a category at a time are desired improvements for future upgrades as well as the extension speaker out on the 3 .

An extension spk out would be great. The m3 has the power for live gigs but adding another cab for larger rooms would be good. I'd rather do that than upgrade the amp cause I really like this little thing.

An extension speaker out jack would be very nice indeed,I couldn't agree more, I love the light package as is, but the amp is very directional and on some stages where the instruments are not running through the PA or monitors those on the opposite side of the stage can barely hear me yet those directly in the amps way can be complaining about my levels. Having the ability to plug in an extension speaker would be awesome. And Fender could make a 1/12 optimized for the mustang 3 and a 2/12 for the M4 that also worked on the 3 and also sell it to V owners who would rather lug 2 2/12's around than a 4/12. This would also give you a chance to get more seperation in your stereo field by placing the cabs a distance apart.
