Cannot seem to save presets to the red or green via FTSW. I have followed the instructions but now the green light beside the FTSW stays lit despite pressing the FTSW removing the FTSW, guitar and restoring to original state.

Please advise. Thanks! :?

Hi TFSpaniel,

Please contact us directly, and we can walk you through the process and see if perhaps you have a bad foot switch. Thanks.

I believe the FTSW is working OK now after I tweaked it. I am using a footswitch that was supplied with a Fender Reverb Unit that was purchased along with a Jazzmaster and Pro Amp way back in 1962.

Maybe the FTSW is not completely compatible with the Mustang I??

Thanks for your previous quick response.

Hi TFSpaniel,

Thanks for your reply. Based on your description of the pedal, it sounds like it should work. But it is a much older pedal, and there are a couple of varieties of these pedals. It should not hurt anything to use it with the amp. But it may in fact not be fully compatible. Please let us know if we can assist further.

In another thread I solved the problem. My bad. I did not not read instructions. Tried to save altered presets. That's a no-no. Thanks for responding.

Will use FUSE to accomplish my wishes.
