I have tried to assign the foot pedal to controlling different effect parameters (i.e....Modulation\rate, Amplifier\gain, or Reverb\level, etc...) but sometimes it does; sometimes it doesn't. I have checked the heel and toe settings and they seem correct and I've tried setting the Footpedal Volume to OFF but to no avail. I've even turned the unit off then back on again. Anyone have any ideas what I might be doing wrong?

A suggestion, this may or may not be the issue here...

The parameter the footswitch controls is saved inside each preset. That is, it's specific to each preset. So if you set up the footswitch in FUSE, you have to then 'SAVE' the preset to the amp again (even though it's not necessarily intuitive/obvious that you've changed the preset!). If you don't save it, then next time you come to use that preset, the footswitch control won't be there.

Also, even if you've saved it, if you change to a different preset the footswitch won't control the same parameter, unless you've also saved it in that preset too.
