Post subject: how to connect mustang III and a pedal multi effect

HI i have a mustangIII and i would like to use with my bossgt3 but the problem is that i could not find a setting on the amp that is like a bypass, some thing totally without effect, i have a nice effect on my multi effect pedal but connected on the amp its get mess-up,

So you do want to have the amp models and speaker simulations, but without the effects? I think the only way you can do that is to go through all the presets and manually remove the effects. It's a pain, but you only have to do it once! :D

Read a few posts down - it's easier than asking...

actually my main interface is an older Boss GS-10 (desktop unit) -it'd much easier on it to use it with amp sims - I simply put it in TUNER mode (press the tuner button) and I get a BLAND - NO EFFECTS guitar sound that works great with all amp sims. The mustang is a different beast however.

turn the tuner/bypass on in the pedalmulti effect really works very good. that way i am able to use the amp effect. but when i want to use the effect from the gt3 even if i put all the effect empty on the amp its not work well. like the whawha sond really bad. but if i connect my gt3 in the back on the amp on the return of the loop the gt3 works perfectly but i am not able to use the amp effect at all. thanks
