I have a Mustang IV with the four button floor switch and Im looking to accomplish this as easy as possible (If I can)
My current live rig is a Marshall using its 2 button footswitch for clean and dirty, then having a Bosta Grand boost pedal for soloing. (simple...easy)

I want to see if I can simplify this with my Mustang rig.

Basicly put I want to have a boost for clean and dirty without bringing a boost pedal.

Clean
Clean Solo
Dirty
Dirty Solo

Any ideas and or thoughts would be great. Im new to the Mustang Amp so still learning.

Hmmm, with the four-button footswitch you can't have one-press changes between four different presets: the quick-access mode (mode 1) only gives you three presets.

The best I think you can do is to put the footswitch in mode 2, and have your four sounds (clean, clean solo, dirty, dirty solo) on four adjacent presets. Then the 'down' and 'up' footswitch buttons will let you move between those four presets quite quickly.

To get closer to what you want, you'll need the MS-2 two-button footswitch as well as the four-button switch. You could then use 'quick access' mode on one footswitch to select (eg) clean or dirty, with down/up mode on the other footswitch to move between normal and solo (assuming the normal and solo versions of each sound are stored in adjacent presets, of course).

Or you could have two presets (clean and dirty) accessible with one press (eg using the MS-2's quick access mode), with the option to turn effects (eg overdrive) on and off within each preset, again with a single press (eg using the MS-4's mode 3), to get your 'solo' sound.

With the 4 button switch I just put it on mode 2 (second light down on left side of pedel)
You could program for example clean patch 1 clean solo patch 2 dirty patch 3 dirty solo in 4.You would have to toggle left or right.Or the only other thing would be mode1 Quick access but that would only give you 3 say Clean dirty Rythem dirty Solo. you could alway roll back on volume nob for clean solo from dirty rythem channel.
