I would like to see more overdrive/distortion pedal options, the overdrive on the floor is weak IMO, plus being able to use a compressor and overdrive at the same time would be great.

I use pedals before my Mustangs and wouldn't be getting my sound without them.

Hi,
I would like to add to my previous wish list:
HIGHER OUTPUT LEVEL FOR SOME MODULATION EFFECTS:
you should be able to set the output volume of certain effects such as Wah effects, Vibratone, and various other modulation because when you activate them, you get a noticeable drop in volume and is very unbalanced going from off to on.
usually that kind of effect it is activated within the same preset, so at the moment there is no possibility of leveling the two volume levels. The only trick could be to make two identical presets with one of them with the active effect .. but becomes very complex manage preset doubled when you need of various types of different sounds and effects and they can't be obtained in the same bank.
Now that I bought the 4-button footswitch and especially the expression pedal (for mustang3 v2) I realize this limitation to be corrected.

edit

after further test i have to point out the problem to have to balance the output level of the modulation effects is when one of them is in post amp chain and you need to activate and deactivate it.
In the case it must remain always "on" the balance can be done with the Volume preset.
But in the case must be turned on and off it would take an active control output level to increase or sometimes decrease the output level of the effect in the same way of a stomp box.
I had not realized that most of the default presets have modulation effects in the post-amp section and so I had not experienced the usual behavior of the modulations in the pre-amp section (for example, the wha-wha). I had to modify the chain order with Fuse to get the usual modulation position in pre-amp section and supposedly before the Noise Gate section.
Chorus is the exception because it is usually placed near the end of the chain.

An LCD interface for the MI & II, especially the MII.
The MIII is just too much amp for my needs, but I would really like to have the interface and looping options in a lower watt package.

We've been asking for this for a LONG time - a modulated delay.

+1 this! I have a Mustang I, and O/D pedals aren´t that strong IMO.

AND:

-acoustic simulator pedal (cube,vox,v-amp and others have the aco sim... Fender, you can do it!)
-Metronome

HI,
yes they can do..
, indeed have already done such a thing...
in the top of Fender digital modelling amp , Cyber Twin SE, there is the Acoustic Scoop filter .. which seems, can turn the sound of a solid body into an acoustic body.

Metronome... maybe no.. but it could be useful sometimes..

More distorsions... yes of course... and even if you have a Mustang V.2 :
for example for my tastes is missing a correct model of Dallas fuzz face arbiter... i need a fuzz box that allow me to get clean and vivid tone when i lower the guitar volume.. (in that situation it should act as a high booster) the Fuzz included in V.1 and kept in my current M3 v.2 , continue to distort/dirtying the tone also if you lower the guitar volume so probably emulates the first "mechanical" (I think someone called them the trigger fuzz) fuzz that didn't respond good to velocity or input level variation..

* A 31-band "Graphic EQ" as Rack Effect.
HTH,

I almost started a new thread for this, but then I found this wishlist. I know the folks at Fender sometimes read and respond to these, and at least they moved the knob description printing on the control panels to the front side of the knobs on the V2-models, so the knobs don't cover them, maybe because I whined about it on the forums... :)

An EQ is, as far as I know, easy to code and light on the processor. It would be useful especially on the Rack/effect loop side. Sometimes it feels the only way to affect the tonal balance of the amp models is to change the speaker, but I cannot find a suitable alternative to some amps. The amp EQ's have more of an affect on the way the amp distorts, sometimes the amp EQ seems to have very minimal affect on the output sound.

A "rack" EQ would also be great for better matching a "clean" sound and a "od" sound together (clean and od, or whatever you prefer to put on your foot switch presets).

A good option would be a custom, tweakable, speaker model, with an EQ.

I'm using a V1 Mustang so I'm not sure if there will be any updates on it anymore...

My only wish:

A CLEAN button that cannot be programmed, cannot be overridden, and always will switch to clean, no matter what else any dial and preset is set to.

by the way.. Has little to do but this concept reminds me of what the great Vangelis said about synthesizers and keyboards :<< I prefer many buttons that do one thing each instead of a button / menu which makes a lot of things..>>

but in reality what you mean by "switch to clean"? do you mean use only the solid-state power amp of the Mustang and its speaker, bypassing the digital amplifier and cabinet section? or you mean get at the push of a button the proper clean setting from a given amp model without the need to change manually gain , master , eq ? Isn't convenient for you the solution to store amp model "A" clean setting preset next to model "A" overdriven setting preset.. the same for model "B"... and so on, and switching from one to the other in each pair? However some high gain models can't be cleaned up totally.. even with the gain at minimum values.

Not sure if its possible, but for the MI and MII users, a "stompbox" mode could be very useful

By this I mean holding down a button similar to the way you activate the mid knob. Once in this mode, the preset mode can function to cycle through the stomps and the gain and volume control those parameters on the stomps

Then save and exit out and your back in business having added a stomp without connecting to fuse

Hi,
to my previous wishlist(s) i want to add the possibility in Fender Fuse to change the order of presets without the need to overwrite them... it would be useful to be able to drag and drop a preset into another slot position(or by context menu with right click) and exchange position A with B and vice versa .. so a manual sorting feature.

Pro version

1- Additional post PEQ, not part of stomp block, that can be controlled by footswitch for solo boosts.
2- Midi support for midi floor controller and/or pro level footswitch with expression pedal and assigns
3- Upgraded power output section to include 4, 8 or 16 ohm options
4- Better quality jacks and switches
5- Remove headphone and aux inputs
6- Higher quality Tolex and inlcude a slip cover

I would pay more for a pro version that I feel like I could rely on for steady gigging.

Agree. There was a discussion about this a year or so ago on this forum, with requests for a "pro" version (high quality fittings, loud enough for gigging) and a "studio" version (same high quality, but lower power for home or studio use, or for mic'ing to a PA etc, but still top-notch sound quality at lower volume). Fender acknowledged the requests at the time, I live in hope these products may appear one day...
