Ok, like some teenager, my little head swoons sometimes over this little gal. I was just fooling with my modern player tele thinline into the twin reverb model with some delay tacked on and thought "My God that sounds sweet!".
I know she ain't big, and doesn't have that nice a bottom, but she sure can hum some nice tunes. I also have a Mustang I I got over here, but I live in a small condo, so anything bigger would just be like a Ferrari stuck in traffic, but she is a stay at home sort of toy .... and I take mini out to the beach all the time.
Oh, a tip of sorts: I walk for about 25 minutes to a beach spot for afternoon therapy, as we call it. Luckily the beach is only 5 minutes away.... anyway.... I might have preferred a guitar strap and pins, but lacking that here's what I did: I had one of those foam swords kids (and some adults) like to whack each other with. Cut off about a 5" piece, then sliced that length wise. Put it on bottom side of handle, wrapped with electrical tape and Viola! very comfortable for even that 25 minute hike. The light weight of the tele blah blah helps too. No Les Pauls for me...

And now Fender comes out with the Mini Passport, which to me seems a mod of the mini. The devils! (kidding). Looks like all the fun and transportabilty of the mini Mustang, but with the added vocal channel and acoustic modeling.
Dear Fender: please give a tad more info on this new product: same fuse ability? Acoustic presets, if there are any, would they work in Mustang Mini? etc etc. Also a photo on web site would help to look at the control layout.

Hi Emster 23,

Thanks much for your interest in the new Fender® Passport® Mini. This amp is really a new product altogether. It does have acoustic guitar models and a Mic input. It is fully compatible with the Fender FUSE™ editor/librarian software. It also has 24 fully editable Preset locations. Be sure to check out the Fender.com product page as well. Thanks.
