Since there appears to be no way to preview presets before downloading, is there a way I can download ALL the currently available presets to my computer? It would then be easy to preview them using FUSE.

What are you trying to do? I have a spreadsheet containing all the stock pre-sets on the Mustang Floor, with columns for pre-set number, pre-set name, amp model, stomp, modulation, delay and reverrb. I'd be happy to email it to you if you PM me.

Here is the issue. I launch FUSE, then login and click on Community. I then click on Mustang Preset download and the first page of presets appear. There are 255 pages and it takes my laptop (Windows 7, 64-bit) about 3 minutes to just go to the next page. I've never seen anything past page 20 since my patience usually runs out. If I could download all 255 pages of presets at once, then I could save them all on my computer for quick previewing, sorting, etc. Since we can't preview presets without downloading one at a time, this is my work around this issue. Any help would be appreciated.

No good answer for this one. The Fender FUSE community web-site allows you to pick-and-choose patches, but usually, there's no identifying info that goes with the patch, so you have to download it first, to see if it's what you want.

Also, there's no bulk downloading in FUSE. You have to download patches one at a time..

I know...

You don't have to download the presets through fuse. Fuse is not the geekiest piece of software. Use your browser, go to Fender.com and create a Fender account and then download like 21rst century downloading works. The difference is night and day.

You still don't know anything about the pre-set and you still have to download the pre-sets one at a time, don't you? Going through 255 pages of pre-sets is still gonna take some time...

I found doing it via web browser also incredibly slow (plus the search functions are sloppily put together) - but havent d'led any new ones for weeks now. It's a shame people don't go and add their comments on a preset a bit more.

Absolutely right! I cvould not agree more.

Alot of those pre-sets would never be downloaded if folks knew what they were beforehand.

How long does it take to jot down amp model, stomp, modulation, delay and reverb types, at least, and perhaps a band/artist who is known for that sound.

Hi jebrown217,

We will be happy to assist. Unfortunately there is no option to download all existing Fender FUSE Presets, at once. We recommend that you go to the Media Library and perhaps narrow down your search by using the search window in the upper-right blue window. Hopefully this way you will be able to access the content you want, more easily. Please let us know if we can assist further.

I would also love to be able to download them all at once. I just bought a mustang 1 and I love it but searching for presets is pretty painful. I am sure you guys have an IT dept working, but as an IT Manager in my day job, it would really be nice to offer these outside of the database. Perhaps lumped into folders for Genre's, beyond that the name would be a good enough descriptor for people. Offer this up via the https or even an ftp server an Bob's your uncle. :)

I think Fender's server that handles the presets must be grievously underpowered for the demand. I, too, have been seeing minutes-long delays in going from one page to the next. And have you ever tried to sort them? Yikes!

Hi Newstech,

I am sorry that you are seeing these types of delays in pages loading. We are not seeing that on our end. But, we will definitely do some additional checking inside and outside our network and report our findings to our Web team. I trust that you have tried different browsers and cleared data, etc.? Thanks.

Thanks. FWIW, my troubles have been under the Fuse software. This morning I did the straight web logon and it seemed to work decently, if not instantly. Just went back to compare the two but server seems to have gone out to lunch. Will try again.
