I just checked the price of the mustang floor at musicians friend and it was $274.99 but sweetwater has it on sale for $174.99 and i also seen it at other online outlets for this same price,i would say $174.99 is the right price because the sale price is down from $199.99.

I wonder why musicians friend has it priced $100 more? http://www.musiciansfriend.com/amplifie ... ects-pedal

I also was thinking about getting one but i was hoping that M.F. price was wrong and that i would be able to get it for $174.99 minus 10% off that M.F. has now on orders $49+,so the total price would be $157.49.

that would be cool. I was considering going with sweetwater on the 3 payment plan.

Get the link for the Mustang Floor on Sweetwater's web-site, then go to Musician's Friend or Music 123, give them the same link, and ask them to beat the price. MF and M123 have much more liberal return/exchange policies.

I WILL say that MF and M123 will not give you a further discount on an item that they already have on sale, unless you're willing to quibble with them; that said, $174.99 is a great price for the Mustang Floor, since they were selling for $299 when they first hit the streets.

I just got one a month ago for $199.99 and it's amazing. I'm not one for the high gain stuff, but the clean and over-driven Fender models are awesome for chording and the American 90's and Super-Sonic models have some great lead pre-sets.

I have the mustang I and V like i already mentioned before but i am not sure if i should get a mustang floor because i have my mustang V in my downstairs studio and i can hook it up to my computer and my other studio gear for recording my guitar and when i compose songs and if i use the usb from my mustang V to record my guitar parts would that sound as good as the mustang floor for my studio recordings or does the mustang floor have better features for direct recording in a DAW?
