Before we continue.... I have one question. Could my amp be broken? Fuse works fine but it still says Driver is not found time after time even when switching laptops.

You should probably take up Fender's kind offer to deal with you personally to get this sorted. But one other thing to point out in the interim (nb doesn't sound like a broken amp to me).

The ASIO driver isn't recognised by Windows. That's intentional, it's the way ASIO works. Recording software talks directly to the ASIO driver, bypassing the usual Windows device manager. You won't see any device drivers in Device Manager etc.

Or, what application are you using to try and record the sound? You might have an app that is looking for a Windows driver rather than an ASIO driver.

In either case, see my reply to this topic for guidance on how to set this up:
viewtopic.php?f=27&t=81197

Or, try de-installing / re-installing the drivers as per Fender instructions earlier this post.

Hi Guys,

Scott-uk is correct here. If you are seeing an issue where your device is not being seen by Fender FUSE or in Control Panel/Sound (or System Preferences/Sound on Mac), you should go ahead and contact us directly for additional support as there may be a hardware issue occurring with your product. We will be glad to assist from there.

Everyone who still have problem with Mustang-USB connection, you should try use Registry Easy. In the picture you can see what to do in this program to repair USB :D.
In my case it's working, and i hope that this method will help you.
Sorry for my english. :)

Method description:
instal and open Registry Easy - choose system fix, then easy reapair wizard and then choose device manager and universal sata bus- and next- and finish.

Hi garbul,

Thanks for your information here. However, we DO NOT recommend using Registry editing/cleaning tools when troubleshooting Fender® FUSE™ unless you are an expert level Windows user and know EXACTLY what you are editing/altering in your Registry. You can cause a lot more harm than good if you do not know what you are doing.

For those experiencing issues with Fender FUSE, please see the troubleshooting support information linked below. And if needed, please contact us directly for additional direct support with your Mac or PC. Thanks.
