Hey,

I just recently acquired a Roland TD-8 electronic drum set, and was wondering what the best preset would be to use my Mustang II as a drum amp? I'm really tight on money right now, so buying a separate amp isn't really viable. So far I've just been using Fuse to dink around with the amp, looking for the "cleanest" settings possible to get all those highs and lows for cymbals and bass drum, and this is what I've come up with currently:

Amp: '57 Deluxe
Gain: 3
Volume: 9
Treble: 10
Middle: 7
Bass: 10
Noise Gate: off
Bias: -50%
Cabinet: 2x12C
No effects.

I'm really (see:extremely) new to all this fancy amp stuff, so if anybody has any suggestions for me I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks for any help in advance!

There is an 'empty' preset that you can download and use, it's just an ampless preset that you can still add effects to, like a bit of compression, reverb, overdrive, things like that.

Keep in mind, when you switch to that preset, you have to turn the volume up, it shuts off by default.
