Hello guys, I bought this amp today and tried to use headphones so I dont disturb the neighboors, but the amp speaker does not mute. Is there something else I have to do to use the headphones?

Is the 1/8" jack plugged all the way in? if so, you have a bad headphone jack. take it back. The speakers should cut off when the phones are plugged in. One other thing( might sound silly but) are you maybe plugging into the AUX in jack instead by mistake.
Also I should ask, I'm assuming your amp is a Mustang, what amp do you have?

Yeah im plugging it in the "phones" jack, and I have a Mustang I. Could there be something else causing this? I think the sound is coming out from both the amp and the headphones

Only things that could be causing this are broken phones jack on amp, jack not plugged all the way, or you have some non-standard jack on your headphones.
So unless you tried to use some weird headphones that came with your mobile phone I also suggest you take your amp back to the store and get a replacement.

I think is a problem with the Amp because the sound is coming from both the speaker and the headphones. I will take this back to the store and get a different one.

Thanks guys for your help!
