My wife bought me a floor for Christmas. It looks awesome, but It isn't here yet. Can I use the Floor with my Mustang 3?

Yes, in the sense that they are two separate audio devices that will each add their own effects and amp modelling to the overall sound, the same as if you used any other type of stomp-box or effects unit with an amplifier.

No, if you're asking whether the M-Floor can be used as a controller for the effects in the M-3, or any other sort of 'intelligent' communication between the two devices.

You can put the M-Floor inline between your guitar and M-3, and use it to provide additional effects before the M-3's amp modelling and effects. Or you can put the M-Floor in the M-3's effects loop, to provide additional effects after the amp modelling and effects of the M-3.

These options may be useful if you need more than the four simultaneous effects (and/or more than one of each type) available with either device on its own.

You could also connect your guitar to the M-Floor, and the M-Floor's output to the fx return of the M-3, if you just want to use the M-3 as a power amp (bypassing all its modelling and effects), and use the M-Floor to provide all the effects and modelling.

That may be a good option if you only need one device's worth of effects, but want the extra footswitch capabilities of the M-Floor and its built-in expression pedal.
