Hello,

I've tried downloading the fuse software onto my computer but it doesn't seem to want to load.

I've got an icon on my desktop, if I click on that the file changes to saying Divers INF, then if I click on that it comes up with a list saying:

dpinst64
G_DEC_3_Audio_HID
G_DEC_3_Mass_storage_HID
Mustang_I_II
MUSTANG_I_II_BOOT

If I click on dpinst64 (the other options just bring up a screen of weird computer nonsense?!!!) a box comes up asking if I want to allow changes to be made by an unknown publisher, I click yes then a device driver installation wizard box appears when I click install almost immediatly the box tells me that errors were encountered and the install failed?

YOu can probably tell i'm not very computer savvy, but I know enough that this shouldn't be happening. I'm pretty frustrated at the moment and hoping someone can tell me how to overcome this issue or tell me where/how I can get some technical support.

Thanks in advance :?

Danocaster 80,
I found a couple of other posts on the forum that may or may not be of any help but I wanted to pass them on to you. I have read that there have been issues with Microsoft Silverlight but then I have also read that Fuse should not have any problems with Silverlight.

Hopefully one of these will help you get Fuse installed.

If any of this does not work I would email TSL@Fender.com

Thanks,
Anthony

what version of Windows (XP, Vista, Windows 7?) and what version of Internet Explorer are you running?

To find out what version of Internet Explorer, load the program, click the Help menu and select About Internet Explorer. A window will pop up that states (among other things) the version.
