Hello,

It's probably just something that I don't understand, but it's annoying me to no end.

Whenever I upload a preset to the pedal, all the presets change to "volume" by default, and the volume is set to 0% (both heel and toe). To get some volume back, I have to use the Util button to set the pedal to "use pedal" instead of "use preset". Once this is done, I don't have further problems, but I have t do this EVERY TIME I upload a preset, which is quite annoying when I am testing them from the library.

What am I doing wrong ?

-----------------------------------------------------------------

Update: I think what happens is that every tome I upload a preset, the global toe volume (accessible under the pedal menu/button) is set to 1.0 instead of whatever value I previously set it to. Which is really annoying and incomprehensible because, according to the documentation, page 5: "The Global Volume Heel and Toe settings are stored globally and affect all presets."

So it should not be affected by loading a new preset. Or should it ?

-----------------------------------------------------------------

Another update, I have noticed that some of the preset (the .fuse files) come with tags that might be linked to this' for example:
<ExpressionPedal GreenModeBehavior="0" RedModeBehavior="0" HeelSetting="0" ToeSetting="0" PedalMode="0" BypassEffectWhenGreen="1" ParameterIndex="0" />
or
<ExpressionPedal GreenModeBehavior="1" RedModeBehavior="6" HeelSetting="0" ToeSetting="65535" PedalMode="0" BypassEffectWhenGreen="1" ParameterIndex="0" />

The thing is, whatever I do with these settings has absolutely no effect on my problem...

-----------------------------------------------------------------

P.S.: Same problem under firmware 1.3 and 1.4 (which I'm using now).

Hi PhilippeK,

We will be happy to assist. The issue that you are seeing might be associated with using and older version of Fender FUSE. We would recommend you install our latest Beta release v2.6.1.35 to see if it helps resolve the issue you are seeing.
