It would be cool if fender introduced a floor controller for the mustang v head to instantly access banks and patches within. The three it gives you on the 4 switch unit is very limited, if more patches are to be accessed it seems the only way is scrolling up and down the presets . A pedal board with say 6 preset switches and a bank up and down pedal would be great, as it is with most floor processors, namely boss gt8, gt10, line 6 etc. The sounds available on the mustang are excellent but this is letting it down when it comes to accessing presets especially in live circumstances.

Hi Marc21866,

Thanks for your thoughtful feedback and ideas here. We will pass this along to the right folks here for consideration. In the mean time, you might consider the additional 2 button footswitch as an add on to your amp. This would give you the option of adding a variety of functions on the 2 button while having the MS-4 open for whatever else you want it to do for you. The part number for that is here: Programmable 2 Button Footswitch (P/N 008-0997-000) for Preset Up Down, Quick Access, Effects On/Off, or Tap Tempo. Please let us know if we can assist further.
