Hi , Mikey Dread here again. I had some problems awhile back that you guys helped out with and as instructed I downloaded a new version of Fuse-2.61.35, I think it was.
All was fine for a few days but now my Fuse program stops working. I searched the Fender site for version 2.61 and can only see 2.6.
I have reloaded Fuse 2.61.35 from my computer downloads 3 or 4 times now and it works for a while and then stops. I also have been working with
The EXP-1 and programing that, but from the version of Fuse I had no EXP-1 Icon appears on the Fuse screen even though it’s saving my settings.

Should I delete this version and reload 2.6 or what would you advise?

Hi I just sent an earlier e-mail (above) about fuse stopping working I forgot to mention 2 things, the 2.61.35 was the program that fixed my earlier problem with fuse which I had just downloaded/updated to start using the exp-1. I think this was version 2.6 but not sure. Also a small Norton Icon is appearing right in the Fuse Icon on the version of FUSE that I have.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

I experienced s.th. similar. After some month of working finally fine the 2.61.35 Update since 2 weeks Fuse refuses to work when I switch on the amp (or the amp is on before I launch Fuse). It crashes and sometimes even Win 7 hangs. Maybe it happend after some automatic update of Windows, I didn't change anything on computer or amp.
I feel like beeing through with this ### piece of software, I dont want to spent again hours of hours in searching errors (for sure again based in ### MS-Silverlight).
I'm going to sell my M1 and M2 and hope to get a used M3 which is fully adjustable without computer and software with its own display and controls. I'm not afraid of "fizz" compared to not beeing able to swich on or off a stompbox in a rehearsal.
Fender Engineers, get rid of this $@!&, forget the money you paid for it and start again to create a reliable Software for this beautiful amp. Cross Plattform, not CPU hungry and stable. What's the task, what is so difficult? To send and receive some messages via USB? To grafically display the state of the amp? To load, modify, and save presets as XML-Files? This doesnt need software with a 300MB installation file! All the tricky things, the FX, the brilliant modelling is done by the amps own hard- and firmware. It's like having a Lamborghini with a Ford T steeringwheel.
And please don't ask me if you can assist me further. Not with this software.

Hi Guys,

We would suggest that either or perhaps both of you get in touch with us directly and we would be glad to assist with the issues you are experiencing with the Fender FUSE software. Thanks much.
