I got the EXP-1. Works great, only after using it as a wah for a few minutes, I noticed the pedal no longer stays put if you try to leave it in the heel position, or just at low volume. The weight of the foot pedal causes it to slide towards the toe position. I see two circular Fender logo caps where the "axle" of the trundle should be. Can these caps be safely popped off in order to tighten a nut or something? You really need to put stuff like this in your manuals. Very disappointed in the lack of documentation on this product.

I'm asking about the Fender logo caps before I attempt to pry them off. It isn't clear if they will pop off or if attempting to pry them will damage them.

Look at the Mustang Floor advanced manual pg 6 (PDF) in the support section. The caps do come off and that is where the nut is to tighten it up. Now if only someone would answer my questions. I agree, the manuals bite.
