Just (yesterday) bought the Mustang floorboard. Nice looking and sounding but I had some problems already with it, i think it's the software. On the first day i used it, the board ididn't switch properly, the "bank down" knob didn't work, to bank down i had to press the 0 preset button so u can't use the 0 preset an also the 2 preset button didn't work. Turning it on/off didn't work, downgrade the firmware from 1.3 to 1.2 didn't work just waited and after about 15 minutes and lots of switching(don't know if that helped) it turns back to normal. This happened like 4 times, including with rehearsal. Contacted the re seller this evening to return it to fix it or give me another one. I hope this is a one time defect experience, it's not nice when this happens while i'm performing. Maybe someone had the same problem, otherwise this is a one of a kind problem.

Don't get it repaired. Just swap it out for a known good unit. You'll love it once you get a good one!

Hi roy169,

It sounds like you may have gotten a defective unit. I would also recommend an exchange. Please let us know if we can assist further also. Thanks.

Got the new floorboard today, a bit late but it wasn't in stock, probably because everyone wants one  . Played with it all day and it works and sounds like a charm.
