I used to own a fender deluxe 85 in the early nineties. It sounded very good for the price but the main thing that I liked was it had two channels and I could play one channel distorted and one clean simultaneously. I now own the mustang floor which I love but was wondering if there was a way to have two amps on one preset with one going to the right channel and the other one to the left and/or the ability to mix a clean sound with the dirty like the deluxe 85 and to be able to control the mix of the two with the foot pedal?

Is this possible?

Question: You played clean channel and the dirty channel simultaneously?
Through one speaker? Which half was the dirty half?

That's actually a very cool sound. It's probably like the Voodoo Lab Sparkle Drive.

@topscore: Yes, one speaker ... the amp had two channels (even had two input jacks). Its been over 20 years since using one so I don't remember exactly except i could switch between either channel or use both at the same time. I really liked adding the clean channel for a good blues sound. next best thing to having two amps to get the same effect.

@jwoertz - yes the voodoo sparkle drive sounds like what I am looking for.

no way to get the mustang floor to do this?

So, just "Y" your guitar cord into to inputs in one amp? Right?
