it wont let me update the amps firmware, i can only get to the preseets with out using fender fuse, and every time im done playing it i cant get to the amps presets without fender fuse, also when i go to p;ay it the next day the save button blinks and it wont let me restore the factory settings by holding the exit button and turning it on intill its not luminataed anymore. i want to be able to turn it on and be able to play it with the presets i make and be able to use them. some one help me out tell me how i can fix this please. Also it will just turn on and the save butten will blimk but after turning it off and on repetingly while the amp was connected to fender fuse the amp save buttons stop blinking and i could use the volume nob but not use any of the presets from the amp. But when i went to change the preset with the computer then it would work but it turns on with me not being able to use it with the save button blinking

Have you tried turning it off or unplugging the amp for a minute? What state does it come up in when you turn it on?

Did you by chance interrupt the firmware update?

Hi megatalicax12,

Please check the version of Fender FUSE that you have installed. It sounds like you may be trying to update your firmware with Fender FUSE version 2.6.0. Please go to https://fuse.fender.com and download the latest version (v2.6.0.25) of the software and run the newer installer (with the amp disconnected).

Once you have updated Fender FUSE, try updating your firmware again. Launch Fender FUSE and connect your amp in it's current update state and run the update. See if this corrects the issue. If you are still seeing the problem, please contact us directly for additional assistance. Thanks.

I'm having the same problem today. And it would only allow me to use the amp, unconnected to the computer, if I turned the amp off and then removed the power cord for a few seconds. Now that I know I can at least get back to that state, I'll try calling support Monday.
