Hi guys, new Mustang IV owner here and got to say I'm loving this new amp for live use and should mention I know longer own any more tube amps and pedals and I've had a few Fenders and so the Mustang IV these days is all I need....anyway onto the Mustang IV!

I wanted to see how well the tone is for direct recording and so far I'm quite happy with it I think it sounds very good, I used the headphone out jack and went into the line in on my Creative Audigy 2 Zs that feeds my computer.

I love using the amp live it sounds great at any volume and it seems to pass the test for me for home recording use

The model I used is:
Brit 80's (JCM800) with the 4x12G Cab The G I am assuming is for Greenbacks
I also have on the OD model driving the front end for a bit more gain (Old school setup) plus a little modeled Tape Echo

I used my Les Paul Classic with Dimarzio 36th Anniversary PAFs

Here is just a small Rhythm and Lead sample!

Sounds great! Clearly my Mustang II would sound better if I knew how to play!

Nice. You should post a link to the preset (upload if you have not already).

You have to log into the system (bottom of the screen I think).

If you sign into fuse, you go to the upload/download preset forum. There are thousands of presets there, and with a few hours and some treasure hunting, you can find some really good ones there. I DL'd a Marshall tube stack preset, and with a few tweaks, I ended up with a great tube crunch sound.

Once you upload it, offer up the link to us fine folk. :-)

I want to upload one of my patches but cant find the upload option, I have the file in the media library and I'm logged in so when I right click on the file I only get 2 options when my amp is not connected:
Load Preset
Delete Preset

there is no option for upload Preset!

I have the latest version software and the latest firmware on my Mustang IV
any help would be appreciated!
