I thought I had open a set of additional amp models for the Mustang (I have a II). I also thought I read about them someplace. I can't find them now however. Was I dreaming this up? If not how do I get there?

Connecting the amp to the Fuse software will give you access to some extra amp models - 4 more I think - that aren't on the Mustang 1 and 2 'out of the box'.

If you go to advance you have SEG and BIAS settings.

Thoose knobs open up a plenty of possibility.
Example: on American90 you max both controls and you get sorta of Mesa MarkIIC+ tone.
Example 2: on a clean amp turn down both controls and Switch speaker emulation OFF: you will get a Solid state amp.
Example 3: On metal 2000 rise the BIAS and you will be in the Soldano domain (5150 design drived from SLO head!)

Hi Guys,

Just to clarify here, the Fender Mustang I/II amps actually have all the amp models and effects that you see within Fender FUSE contained in the amps themselves. The benefit of using Fender FUSE software is that you get access to all of those models and extended parameter control and Advanced Amp settings, etc. This is true with the Fender Mustang Mini as well. Please let know if we can assist.

That's very helpful. Just one minor thing. The Peavey 5150 [Metal 2000] is available on the Mustang 1/!! amps without going into Fuse, so does not need an *.
