Are you explicitly saving your changed presets back to the amp after changing them? Sorry if that's a dumb question, but I thought it worth asking as it hasn't been mentioned at any point so far in the description of what you're doing and what you consequently observe.

Also, there seem to be two different problems being described here - which I realise might be a language issue (multiple uses of the word "change"). So I'll put here what it sounds to me are the two different issues being described, and hope you can clarify from this which is the actual problem you have - or if you are indeed having both problems.

1. You have a preset selected. You turn the knob to select (one use of "change") a different preset, and a different LED lights up, but the sound remains the sound of the first preset.

2. You have a preset selected. You edit (second use of "change") that preset, and the sound changes. You then turn the amp off and on, and find that the preset has its original sound, not your edited sound.

Yeah its that

Sorry, which one? I described two different problems. Please confirm which of the two you have? The two things are completely different from each other, so until we clearly understand exactly what issue you're having, it's hard to offer the right help.

Or if you are saying you have both problems, then again, they are two different and distinct problems - we should probably address them separately, try and help you fix them one at a time. Muddling the two issues together makes it hard to understand exactly what's going on, and what steps to take to fix it. So let's isolate your main/biggest issue first and deal with that.
