Do you mean that the preset remains the same while dialing the preset knob? If so, does the LEDs change?

I would guess a software problem. Can you reinstall the firmware?

Hi carlito237,

It sounds like you may be seeing an issue that is known and has been fixed for the next update of Fender FUSE. Please confirm that what you are seeing is changing from one Preset to the next with the same amp model and the amp channel settings do not change. Is that correct? Please let me know if that is correct, and we can go from there. Thanks.

Hi carlito237,

I apologize, I am still not quite clear on what is going on with your amp. Are you changing the Preset on the amp only? Or are you changing the Preset using Fender FUSE with the amp? And if I am understanding correctly, when you change the Preset, the sound does not change. Is that correct? Thanks very much.

It is not real clear to me what is happening. However one bank of presets cannot be changed from the front panel. Only using Fuse can one bank be edited.

Carlito changes the preset and the SOUND doesnt change. So thats NOT the known "frozen knobs" problem, I guess in his case is really defect hardware the reason - IF he really did a factory reset. The signal of a moved control (physical - on the amp) is not passed to the processing part of the digital preamp though the LED indicates the change.

Give another try to a factory reset, if it doesnt work, back to the shop. I hope you have still guaranty.

Hi carlito237,

I am wondering if the Presets you are changing between might have the same amp model? Anyway, perhaps you would want to try a Factory reset one more time. Please be sure to press/hold the Exit button while powering the amp on. Then (without the amp connected to Fender FUSE) go through the Presets and see if the amp is functioning normally. Make sure that the Preset light (led) is moving from one Preset to the next and that you are hearing the different tones.

If you find that the amp is still not behaving normally, I would suggest that the amp may have a hardware issue and need to be checked out. Please let us know how this goes. Thanks very much.

I noticed in FUSE last night that when I jumped from one to another prest in the Media Lib that at times the settings did not change, though the title did. It only appeared to happen if the base amp was the same in both presets.

Hi carlito237,

Can you send an email and include a phone number? Then I can give you a call and offer some additional assistance that way. Thanks.
