Hi Guys-

I'm trying to use my Mustang III with both the 4-button and 2-button footswitches. I need a tap tempo. I thought there would be something like:

4-botton mode = QA1/QA2 / QA3
PLUS
2-button mode = QA4 / TAP

But why is the 2-button mode just duplicating an existing QA patch and then adding tap?

There should be a QA "FOUR" for this setup. Right????

Thanks!

Hey jwoertz,

You can select the mode of the 2 button f/s in the amp utilities, there is an option for Stomp/Tap. I would like to see the next firmware add an option for Tap/Reverb since neither of those is available on the 4 button f/s. Page 6 of the Advanced Mustang manual tells you how to access the options.

Thanks, I get it - I'm just saying there should be an option for a QA 4 when using both footswtches.
