I'm just going to say it - I love my Mustang III. I love the tone, I love the weight, I love that I can tweak it. Don't get me wrong, the current amp cab for the MIII is pretty cool but I find myself wanting to mod the amp. I think it would look pretty killer in a tweed or all wood cab. Has anyone seen anyone make a custom cab for the Mustang? I hit ebay this morning in hopes of finding of one but I didn't hold out much hope. If you run into anything like this let me know!
Meanwhile, I'll be on the porch playing the blues and surf musc on my Mustang III!

You're not alone with that wish, Billy. I think the Mustang's sonics are good enough to deserve a much better/nicer cabinet but if you want one, I think you'll have to bone up on your woodworking skillz.

Or you could try to re-tolex the existing cabinet yourself. It would keep the existing shape, but it would be tweed instead of carbon-fiber.

There is a guy somewhere on internet land that recovered a G-dec in tweed.

I got a bashed M1 off ebay was thinking of re-covering it but it turned out faulty so it went back.
