Hey Gang! I'm new to the forum. I just purchased a IV about a week ago.

I'm a Bonamassa fan, and was tinkering with the IV to get that sound. I read on Bonamassa's page (http://www.joebonamassagear.com/amps/) where he has used a small blackface amp paired with a small Marshall amp. I own a V-amp3, which has some decent tones in it. So, I ran the Vamp through the Left effect loop, modeling a JCM-800 head while having the IV set on the Princeton. This gave me the Marshall sound through the left speaker and the Princeton sound through the right speaker.

It didn't turn out half bad. To really get it closer, make sure the IV is set to the Princeton, with the 4X12V cabinet modeled.

Did I nail it - no. But, you could hear the mix of the heads.

For a hobbyist/amateur musician, this thing is a blast!
