I adjusted the pedal tension but now the circular F cap falls off. How to you reattach the cap?

There doesn't seem to be anyway to put the cap back on once it's been removed.

I can't believe this is engineered like this.

It looks exactly like the EXP-1, there should have been a black rubber ring that fits around the cap, it has tabs that fit into the slots on the cap. It may have fallen off when you removed it. I had my original pedal apart several times troubleshooting the calibration problem, the first time I removed one of the caps the ring fell off onto the floor.

Hi Guys,

Yes, as lnowlin said, the rubber washer may have fallen out. It is also possible that it is stuck down inside the hole. We have seen some occations where the rubber washer slips down after the 'F' cap is mounted. You might check this as well. Please let me know if I can assist further.

Thank you Alan and Inowlin for helping me. The washer was inside the unit and the cap is now back in place.
