When trying to register for ableton and amplitube, I've been told that the serial for my amp is invalid. From looking about on the forums, it appears that I am missing characters from the serial code. (And I've disposed of the shipping box)

Is it possible for me to get the full version of my serial? I can provide photos of the amp and serial if necessary.

Thanks
Alex

Edit: I have found the box with the serial numbers, but they are exactly the same, and have not solved the problem.

Hi theyam94,

Please see the information below to redeem your third party software serial numbers. And please let us know if we can assist further.

Best Regards,

(To obtain Third Party software serial numbers, you will need to go to the Fender FUSE Community. You can do this either by using the Fender FUSE software and clicking on the Community button in the lower center of the interface. Or you can go directly to the site here: https://fuse.fender.com/

Once there, you will need to click on Register in the upper right corner. There you will be able to register the amp, and set up your Fender FUSE Community account. When registering for your account, please be sure to select your amplifier type in the list and enter you serial number. Once your account set up is complete, go to the My Amplifiers tab in your Profile page and click on the Redeem button. Once you click on the Redeem button, you should see the software serial numbers. Be sure to install the ASIO Driver if you are using Windows OS (http://www.fender.com/support/articles/ ... sio-driver ), then the third party software, and complete authorization.)

Thanks for the reply.

I have followed your guidelines (again) and it still comes up with this message:

"The serial number for this amplifier does not appear to be a valid serial number"

I have signed into the fuse community from the software itself whilst having the amplifier connected via the USB connection, so there is no problem there. Is it possible for me to find the serial from within the amp software?

Thanks
Alex

Hi Alex,

Please email me your amp serial number. Then I can assist you directly in getting your account squared away. Thanks.
