An y updates? I think I will have to open mine back up to make sure the tape has peeled off as I'm getting some of the behavior again, not a smooth travel.

Just wanted to update the thread. A few of us have been communicating directly with Alan on this and I can say they ARE working to solve the calibration problem. Per his request I have shipped my pedal to him and he is going to send me another. I will update again when I get the replacement and test it.

Thanks Alan for all your efforts.

I have also been working with Alan and his group since my last post and the fix is in, just be patient. I think they are getting a handle on it.

Fedex delivered the replacement pedal today. Plugged it in and calibrated, works perfectly.

Many thanks to Alan and everyone involved for all the effort in finding a solution and the quick turnaround of my replacement.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I recieved my Exp-1 peddal about a month or so ago. As a Wha peddal I can see the travel of Freq working as full travel up and down no problem. Now as a volume pedal, I thought it works on the Master Vol which is not visable to see on my computer. Do I have it set wrong? Or are you useing the amp vol so you can see the travel of the pedal on you computer? Also I have another question, I have the Wha set up on one of my presets and have selected stomp Box on the Exp-1 page. Then trying to add a Post Gain in the rack for overdrive to work wih Wha. But when applied It makes my Wha dissappers and Exp-1 automatically changes to the Post Gain. So my question is can I use both or no? I thought with the extra switch in the Exp-1 pedal set up on stomp box ,I would still be able to use Mod effectts in the rack and use the Mod swtch on my 4 button pedal to switc it on or off ?

Lucky I have the Mustang III & IV so I can work with the Exp-1 pedal without screwing my presets up on the other. I calibrated my Exp-1 pedal on the other amp no problem. Set up my first preset to use Amp vol. and saved the preset. Also had the Exp-1 page to work from the presets before I saved.
The Vol on the amp shows smooth up and down useing the full range of the pedal so that looks good. Then I went to my second preset on my amp and added the Wha Wha stomp box pedal, set up the Exp-1 page to control the stomp box freq. set the page to work from that preset and saved the preset.
Everything looked good, went back to the first preset I set up and saved preset to use Exp on volume of Amp and wouldn't work. Rebooted amp and it worked again went to the second preset whith Wha and worked, went back to first and didn't work again. What am I doing wrong? Please Help, So the main question is if you use the pedal as a volume pedal without assigneing it to the Amp as Amp Volume preset It must use the Master Volume which you really can't see it's movement up or down correct?
