Why no stereo reverb? Even if I put it post amp, it's still mono (delay is stereo).

Which amp do you have? Are you listening via headphones or the amp itself?

If you have an MI, II or III, none of those amps are stereo but the IV and V are..

Through headphones (or computer), the delay can be stereo but the reverb isn't. I have a Mustang I and III, I realize they're mono amps, but with headphones and computer they become stereo devices.

Hmmm, don't have an answer for you there, joebeets. I've never actually paid much attention to the reverb on my MII when I use headphones. The other thing is that the perceived stereo field of most built in digital reverbs isn't great - pretty subtle actually.
I wonder, if it is mono on the MI, II and III, do the MIV and V have stereo reverbs?
For me, at $100-$300 respectively, not having stereo (if they are in fact not) reverbs is not a deal breaker. I like to record amps dry anyway.

Yeah, I record dry as well. I did a mod on my Mustang I in which I added a 1/4 inch stereo out so I could have a speaker emulated out AND use the internal speaker. That way I can monitor through the amp and take a stereo out to the PA. Not a big deal, but it would be nice if the reverb was stereo...

Oooh, do you have any pics of that mod? Love to see it 'cause I could use that too.
As much as I like my Audix F2 for micing the amp, it'd be nice to be able to get a direct out from the amp. Thanks.

I used this Youtube video as a starting point (although he kind of butchers it):

I put a stereo quarter inch jack on the back (with a plate). Now, if I want to listen with headphones I use the headphone jack and if I want to send to the PA I can use the 1/4 inch (stereo) jack on the back.

OMG! You weren't kidding when you said he butchers it!
I can't understand why he didn't put the jack at the back of the amp. Actually, there's more than enough room inside the amp to add a couple of DIs and XLR connectors and that I would definitely do.

Well If I had another amp to use I'd do it to mine but it's the only amp I have now.
