I need help. I Recently notice one strange thing with my Mustang 2. I use one preset all the time with same settings both guitar and amp but my sound can be very different. Sometimes is very clean and sometimes not so clean and with more bass. Someone have the same problem too?

I guess you have your favorite preset saved on some position (Green A or s.th.).
*Before* you choose it, turn the FX-controls to zero. Does the changes in sound still happen? If not, the reason could be the bug which switches Fx on and off unindendedly.
Try it and tell us! All my weired sound-changes are caused by this - or by my dog, resting on the footswitch ;)

First, thanks for fast response. I should explain how the thing started. I use mostly RED D and RED C preset. Red d is for blues sound and red c for rock. When I play on red c I turn my volume knob on guitar about 50% and I get less gain and kind of muted sound. When I switch back to red d , I turn my volume guitar knob on 100% and sound stays less clean as it was on the other preset. In the beginning worked well but now I just can't get clean sound. I have tried to restore factory setting but no result. Do you have any idea what could be the problem? Thanks in advance.

Hey Vero,

It may be a stretch but has your listening environment changed at all? Other than that, I don't know what else could cause the sound to change dramatically. Perhaps you've broken the speaker in now and the sound has changed from when the amp was brand new.

Hi !
I play all the time in the very same space, also I'm never playing very loud and speaker is not damaged for sure. Couple days ago I had my clean tone again for some time. I even made backup of my presets. After a while same problem. Not so clean sound, more bass and even at very low gain, amp sounds like having trouble to push the sound through speaker. Very strange indeed.
