So about a month ago I bought the Mustang III Amp and I loved it. Recently I got a Digitech Whammy IV and a MX404 CAE Wah. Using the Whammy IV by itself caused no tone loss surprisingly (sounds the same with and without the whammy), yet when I use the Wah, the sound... thins out and gets really... squeal like? Not to good with the terms, but the tone sounds really screechy. So basically I was wondering, does anyone know what the problem is and how I can resolve it? I doubt it's the amp or wah. Maybe it's the cables I'm using? Again, this is my first time with effect pedals so I'm a beginner (and I apologize for lack of knowledge).
I doubt it'd help but I'm using: 2x Monster Standard 100 (21 Foot I believe) from the amp to pedal to guitar. Using Seymour Duncan SH14 and SH1n pickups if that matters. I'm pretty sure the massive length has something to do with it (42 Foot of cable haha), but any help would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: Found the problem.

Ive had same problem with a new dunlop wah. Change the switch on the wah to a true by-pass and run it in front of amp and not the effects loop. Solved my problem.
