Hi, I have had this amp for over a year now, too bad no factory warranty anymore. When I am playing all of a sudden the chorus kicks in and out. I thin I was connected to the computer so, it might be computer related. Have you had this problem? thanks,

Yes I've had it happen to me. There are a couple of threads about it around. It's been called a 'noisy pot.' It's very infrequent for me, like once every couple of weeks. I don't mind since I'm playing in my bedroom on my practice amp.

Has happened to me, only a couple times. But then I don't play the Mustang all that much...if I was playing it more, I probably would have encountered it more.

Does this only happen when connected to the computer?

I don't think it's computer related. I play the mustang very often and it happens quite often. With or without USB-connection. It's allways the *next* of some button. If I have the Twin suddenly it changes to the Vox, if I have no modulation it changes to the chorus (which is the first on the wheel). I think it's just a matter of vibration of the amp and wheels without grid. Do you say so? Grid? My mothertongue is not english. I mean that the control buttons have no fixed positions and Vibration may move them from x to y.

ponchete,
If I am not mistaken, you do have a FIVE year warranty on the Mustang amps.

Have you had the amp checked out at all?
