Hi guys

Can anyone tell me how I can unregister my Mustang ii so I can sell it as I've just bought a blues junior :) Also, will the new owner be able to register the amp and use the fuse software with no problems once this is done?

Thanks

Dave

As I understand it, the online registration process for these amps is simply feelgood flim-flam, and has no bearing at all on resale options or on the use of the Fuse software, access to which is unrestricted, presumably because the software is of no use to anyone except the owner of an amp it can work with.

Also, as far as I know, online registration has no bearing on warranty issues either - access to warranty and service support is through the sales receipt, and travels with the amp, not the owner. So, if you sell your amp and it still has warranty cover, that transfers to the new owner until it expires, provided he/she has the original receipt.

If none of this is correct, I assume a Fender mod will correct me ?

Thats a great help thanks :)

It would be nice to remove the registration so that the new owner can register too, but its good to know its not compulsory.

I am also selling my Mustang 2. Is it possible to unregister Mustang II, Ableton Live Lite 8 and AmpliTube Fender LE from User account--> My amplifiers so, that a new owner will be able to register them himself and be able to get full access to Mustang and 3rd party apps?

I could not find a way to reset registration and serials. There is no tutorial how to unregister.

Thanks.

Not sure how things stand re 'de-registering' or on-selling the third party software - I suspect that, unlike Fuse, it may be a one-owner deal under the Ableton and IK licenses - maybe Loren or another Fender mod can advise, please ?

Hey Guys,

The only thing required for warranty work is your sales receipt. If you'd like to remove the amp from your Fender FUSE account, simply send us an email or a PM and we'll have it removed for you.
