For those in the UK, preordered the expression pedal from www.guitar.co.uk a couple of weeks ago and got an email today saying it's been processed and dispatched to arrive tuesday.
Looks like they've finally shipped, happy days.

Hey Guys,

Joskoh - I"m glad you finally received your pedal. Let me know if you have any questions.

CHIPSHOT - Was the Memory Lock still enabled? That would prevent you from saving anything to the amp. Also, take a look at this KB article that details Ableton setup.

Ok now that I have finally received my pedal and am beginning to learn all the features it can do I thought I would make my first suggestion for the next software/firmware update. Maybe the pedal can do what I am about to suggest and I just haven't found the setting yet so please let me know if I am doing something wrong.

It would be great if by default the pedal was preprogrammed to do the following:

Mode 1 (toe switch off): Volume
Mode 2 (toe switch on): Pedal Wah

I have a Digitech RP-355 and this is the way this pedal comes out of the box. It is a very nice feature to know that unless I want the pedal to do something else, no matter what bank I am on the pedal by default is volume and wah.

Do you think this could be possible?

Thanks.

Check Fuse. IIRC, when I updated Fuse 2.6, there were settings under the Utilities menu that let you configure the pedal to default to either Vol or Wah.

Not a bad idea. I'm sure most people use it for wah. I'll forward your suggestion.

elkchaser - You can definitely make it default to either volume or expression mode. I don't think you can make it default to a certain effect though.

Has anyone used the Floor? What amps are you using it with? Opinions?

Daisy chaining the EXP-1 to the 4 button switch renders both pedals non-functional on my Mustang III. Lights go on, but none of the buttons or expression pedal have any effect. Running Fuse 2.6/1.9

Any ideas?

Hi VealCutlet,

Be sure that the EXP-1 output goes directly to the
4 Button input on the Amp, and the 4 Button F/Sw to the
EXP-1 - (not the other way around. !)
See Pedal bottom for instructions.
Hope this helps solve the problem.

Jim

Also, are you able to use either of the pedals alone, without the other connected?

Thanks for the assistance. The pedals worked stand-alone as expected.

After some research on these forums, I discovered that there is a difference between the ULT-4 pedal and the one designed for the Mustang (beyond the cosmetics.)

I had inadvertently ordered the ULT-4, and didn't realize it until the return period was over. It worked perfectly until the EXP pedal was hooked up to it. Fortunately I found a buyer on ebay and ordered the correct Mustang-specific pedal which works like a charm.
