How do you connect a IV to a direct box into the house sound system?

You can use the fx send as a stereo direct out.

Thats what I was thinking, but needed to be sure before I did the wrong thing. Got this amp for practice, and a backup unit.

I would recommend that you just mic it up...I tried the fx send as an experiment and the gain patches sound like doody.

Micing the amp will give you the most accurate sound into the board. A lot of what you're hearing is the sound of the speaker.
