Okay so i just bought a new Mustang 3 and I love it. However I've noticed that when I use some of the presets like the super-sonic and Brit 70s that there is a very high piercing feedback and I'm having trouble hearing my stat. Is it just some problem I'm having with my setup or is it the amp?

The information you've included is extremely vague. Try playing about 10' away from the amp (assuing your guitar cable will reach that far) and see if the feedback goes away. If so, then your guitar was picking up the noise with your strings. If not, then it's not your guitar picking it up.

Some guitars are noisy through this amp. Use fuse and go to advanced settings. Max out the noise gate and you will be fine, that is what I did to be safe.

I hate noise!!

It sounds like your pickups are microphonic and need to be wax potted. My ultra-cheapo Fender Tex-Mex pickups don't do that. They only feedback in the good way... and it sure is fun!
