Post subject: MUSTANG IV - 4 Button Switch Not Working

Please HELP! Just got the Mustang IV and the 4 button pedal is not working properly. The Mode/Tuner button is not responding.... Stays in Mode 1 only.... Am I doing something wrong here??

It could be simply a loose wire on that particular switch/button, which can be fixed with some handy soldering. It could be you plugged the 4-button switch into the 2-button switch jack.

Jam - As Healer mentioned, please verify that the switch is plugged into the proper jack.
