I no longer have any problems as I returned the amp and bought a Vox AC15C1 tube amp with no whistles and bells and I am happy.

I thought the HSH had stopped the fizz, but I was wrong, On the clean channels of 89 through 95 it was really bad, but it did not happen on all channels.

I really liked the Fender Amp but I just decided that I did not need a moddling amp as
I own about 11 stomp pedals and the Mark IV kind of made them useless, and I did not
really care for the sounds of most of the presets, although I know I could have changed and saved them. Both my HSH and my SSS American Standard make really bad fizz
on any outlet I tried it with and one of em was a dedicated 20 amp circuit for a computer
that would provide a really good place to get power from on a well balanced panel and all of my Lighting and power is on seperate circuits anyway.

I wish the Mustang Series well, and I envy the people who got ones that did not have
the fizz problem. I really like my Fender Guitars so I thought a Fender Amp would be the best thing for them.

I too have the fizz problem (Mustang III). I didn't happen until about 2 months ago; after owning it for a year. Hopefully fender will work with me, as I am afraid I am now out of warranty. This is too bad, because the amp is awesome ... but this fizz is driving me crazy =(

Time to start the phone calls to Fender. Oh how I hate calling customer support ... ugh

Alex, could you add the info of your amp to the poll thread? Maybe with enough data an identifiable pattern would emerge.
