I would like to know how many of Fender amp owners in this forum are affected by the fizzing problem.
As far as I know by reading the huge thread about it, only Mustang III/IV and V could be affected.

There is only yes or no option, according to the sound recorded on youtube for comparison. If you Mustang do the same sound, a strong and very identifiable fizz, say yes.
In all other case, just click NO.

You can also add a comment with type of mustang and year of production and voltage used, 110 V or 230 V.

Many thank to all of you.

Mine fizzes, and I'm into clean stuff. I'm probably going to try trading for someone's MII.

Edited to add: I have the 4-button footswitch also, and I'll miss that a lot. Maybe I'll just sell the thing and move on.

Typo in the poll? Mustang II should be III?

I have a Mustang III bought yesterday (09 DEC 2011)
Manufactured 022011
My Mustang fizzes just like the youtube video, quite badly

I now have my 3rd Mustang III (after 2 replacements).
The current one was built 102011, the previous one was 042011 (I don't know for the 1st one).
All 3 fizz.

Mine is the Fender Fizztang III, 110 volts, from November 2010. I have all the updates, including Fender Fizz 2.4.1.

Please, as far as you can, try to stick to " Model/year/ Fizz or No Fizz" format, just to not overload this thread.

Tks for understanding.

I'd add voltage.

...Now that I think of it more, knowing how long an amp has been in use would also provide pertinent info.

So condition, model, manufacture date, voltage, time in use. :)
